Terrathex Exchange and Return Policy

At Terrathex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer exchanges or returns under the following conditions:


Eligibility: We accept exchanges or returns for items that are unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges or returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for underwear or swimwear unless they are defective or damaged.


Exchange Process: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@terrathex.com within the specified timeframe.

Once your exchange request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.


Return Process: If you wish to return an item for a refund, please contact us at info@terrathex.com within the specified timeframe.

Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the item.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any shipping charges, within 2 business days.


Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue.

We will assess the problem and provide instructions for returning the item or receiving a replacement or refund.


Non-Returnable Items: Please note that for hygiene reasons, underwear and swimwear cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
